- The property type, required service, property location and approximate site size

We do not ask for identity numbers, banking details or payment information through this website, and you should not send them to us by email.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a site assessment or quotation, and to communicate with you about the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to contact you about future services.

The enquiry form asks you to confirm that we may use your details to respond to you. That consent covers contacting you about the enquiry you submitted. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with
Enquiries are handled by CleanScape. Our website hosting provider processes the technical request that delivers your enquiry to us. We may also use an email delivery service to route enquiries to our inbox. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of quoted or completed work. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
